The polyurethane insulation is spread evenly over the inside of open panel's overlays using Cedomatec's exclusive automated lay-down system, which prevents the occurrence of air bubbles in the insulation.

This advanced process provides optimum quality control since any defect will be detectable before the panel being sealed.

The F-1 door comes in a wide selection of models, finishes and colours that will suit all type of constructions, from classical to contemporary. The F-1 is the door model offering the largest choice of colours to complement your home.

Colours : the F-1 is available in white, ivory, dove grey, granite blue, commercial brown and genuine brown.

Textures: your choice of plain wood grain, wood grain embossed or wood grain with horizontal grooves.

Added doorlites : different models of Thermo windows and doorlites will embellish the appearance of any embossed door (see section "Glass & Doorlites").

Dimensions disponibles : widths from 7' to 18', heights from 6' to 8', in 3" increments.

Options :

• Upon request, a 6" x 6" galvanised steel plate can be installed for mounting centre lock.

• Panels are made of 23 gauge aluminium, 0,60 mm thickness, and aluminium overlays are pre-painted on both sides.

• Weather strips : at top of door, a heavy-duty weather strip made of an aluminium profile with rubber prevents air infiltration at the top; a flexible PVC weather strip integrated to the section joint prevents air infiltration between panels; a PVC retainer with double-lipped rubber, available in white, ivory or brown, prevents air infiltration all around the door; and finally, a solid aluminium retainer with soft "U"-shaped rubber that remains flexible to a temperature as low as -50(C, adjusts perfectly to floor surface and takes care of all infiltration at the bottom of door.
