Colours : available in White, Sandstone, Heron Blue, Genuine Brown and Commercial Brown, these will harmonize most constructions, from contemporary to more classical.

Textures: wood grain finish, with grooves or with embosses.

Added doorlites : different models of Thermo windows or service station are available, whenever you choose to get more of a natural light inside your garage (see section "Glass & Doorlites").

Available sizes : widths from 4' to 18' (1219 mm to 5486 mm), heights from 7' to 18' (2134 mm to 5486 mm), in 3'' (76 mm) increments.

Options:

• Weather strips : a flexible PVC weather strip integrated to the section joint prevents air infiltration between panels; available in few colors a PVC retainer with hidden screws or an aluminum retainer with double-lipped rubber, prevents air infiltration all around the door; and finally, a stiff PVC retainer, white or black, or heavy-duty aluminum retainer with "U"-shaped ribbed rubber, 3 ½'' (89mm) or 4 ¾" (121mm), that remains flexible to a temperature as low as -50° C (- 58° F), adjusts perfectly to floor surface and takes care of all infiltration at the bottom of door.
• Reinforcement at the top of the door by a F- shaped aluminum extrusion with a flat rubber weather strip is cold weather resistant and protects against air infiltration at the top door frame.
• Upon request, a 6'' x 6'' (152 mm x 152 mm) wood block can be installed for mounting centre lock
• Also available in option, exhaust traps, in 3" and 4" (76 mm and 92 mm) diameters, specifically designed for service stations and other commercial and industrial buildings.

Technical Features - Panels and Hardware :

• 24 gauge galvanized steel panels are corrosion and rust proof.
• Steel overlays are pre-painted with five protective coats including polyester paint of both sides.
• Polystyrene insulation, density of 1 lb/foot³, provides a R-8 factor (RSI 1.40).
• Our exclusive tongue and groove section joints ensures protection against outside elements between sections and offer exceptional thermal break.
• Kiln-dried wood end stiles facilitate attachment of door hardware.
• Galvanized steel anchor plates for better hardware attachment. All door above 12'1" (3683 mm) have steel anchor allowing the use of reinforcement struts.
• Strong reliable hardware for standard elevation, low headroom, high lift, following the roof slope or vertical lift.
• Choice between different hardware types : 2" (46 mm) tracks 13 gauge commercial hardware or 3" (76 mm) tracks 12 gauge industrial hardware with torsion springs.
• For a lighter commercial hardware, select 2" (46 mm) tracks 14 gauge residential hardware and add horizontal reinforcements.
• Choice of rollers, heavy-duty steel or nylon, in 2" or 3" (46 mm or 76 mm) size.
