For our polyurethane insulated doors, models D-4000, Progressive and F-1, the insulation material is spread over the inside of open panel's overlays using Cedomatec's exclusive automated lay-down system. The conventional and widely used injection process might occasionally cause disturbance in the polyurethane, which weakens the panel structure and lowers the insulation factor. Cedomatec's exclusive and advanced process prevents the occurrence of air bubbles in the insulation and provides optimum quality control since any defect will be detectable before the panel is being sealed. Following addressing problems caused by the insulation, Research & Development team members looked into eliminating infiltration between panels.
