The polyurethane insulation is spread evenly over the inside of open panel's overlays using Cedomatec's exclusive automated lay-down system, which prevents the occurrence of air bubbles in the insulation. This advanced process provides optimum quality control since any defect will be detectable before the panel being sealed.

Added doorlites : Different models of Thermo windows, decorative inserts or doorlites are available for groved or embossed doors, whenever you choose to get more of a natural light inside your garage (see section "Glass & Doorlites").

Available sizes : widths from 4' to 18' (1219 mm to 5486 mm), heights from 6' to 8' (1829 mm to 2438 mm), in 3'' (76 mm) increments.

Options :

• Weather strips : PVC retainer with hidden screws and double lips, available in few colors, prevents air infiltration all around the door; and finally, a stiff PVC retainer, white or black, or heavy-duty aluminum retainer with ''U''-shaped ribbed rubber, that remains flexible to a temperature as low as -50° C (- 58° F), adjusts perfectly to floor surface and takes care of all infiltration at the bottom of door.
• Reinforcement at the top of the door by a F- shaped aluminum extrusion with a flat rubber weather strip is cold weather resistant and protects against air infiltration at the top door frame.
• Choice of 2'' (51 mm) rollers, heavy-duty steel or nylon with 10 ball bearings.
• Upon request, a 6'' x 6'' (152 mm x 152 mm) galvanized steel plate can be installed for mounting centre lock.

Technical features :

• 24 gauge galvanized steel panels are corrosion and rust proof.
• Steel overlays are pre-painted with five protective coats including polyester paint of both sides.
• Insulation : 1 3/4" (44,5 mm) of CFC¹¹-free polyurethane applied using Cedomatec's exclusive automated lay-down system, combined to our patented male/female joints with thermal barriers and its flexible PVC weather strip integrated make the Progressive the best insulated garage door on the market, with insulation factor R-17.09 (RSI 3.0).
• Kiln-dried wood posts complete thermal breaks and prevent condensation on the inside.
